Overview
In this project, Blue Flames Advisors head chef Jason Thibeault developed a comprehensive end-user manual for the Sterling Commerce payment processing software. This project required installation and configuration of the software, development of a comprehensive outline covering all software functionality, documentation of each feature, and finally, layout and presentation.
